Orders are printed on demand in the order that they are received.
While we do inventory a number of pre-printed items, in the case that the stocks are exhausted active orders are immediately placed into the print queue.
Often orders are complete within 3-4 days or even sooner if all your items are available in stock.
If you are placing a particularly large order you should expect to wait a bit longer than the standard 3 -4 days. We will contact you if we think your order will take longer.
If you have a particularly large order you can contact us ahead of time to get a free estimate on the delivery time!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes things just get broken in the mail. If this happens we usually send you a new one, no need to return the broken item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Who designs these displays?
All of these designs are done in house. Currently we only print our own designs.
Do you sell just the digital files? I want to print my own
Currently we don't sell the files we use to print our products but maybe sometime or if something unique makes sense

I don't have a model but I have an idea. Do you do custom designs?
We do! One cool thing about 3D printing is that we can tweak our designs to fit new specification or make something entirely new without retooling. Go ahead and contact us and we'll talk!
I have a big order I'd like to place, do you offer bulk discounts?
We sure do. Bulk orders often take a bit longer since we would prefer to ship everything in one box and we need to actually print the parts. So you'll wait a little bit but we will offer a discount. You should use the contact form and get in touch!
I don't live in the US! Can I get the free shipping over $35 too?
That would be awesome but unfortunately the costs involved with shipping outside the US are a lot higher than shipping in the US where we are located. Various taxes and tariffs also add to the cost. Often, we can't collect them on your behalf either. So you'll have to manage that. If you are outside the US you should check out our Etsy store which has the same items.
